normally for double-bottom, the volume on the left is higher than the right. your chart has higher volume on the right, not the left. Not a strong signal.

Yes, the volume on the right shud be lower than the left denote reduced sellers. When sellers reduce or absence of seller, the market has a chance of going higher forming double bottom.
