For most of the KLSE big cap stock, we are going to have higher closing on Monday. KLCI is pointing to close high. However, our local KLSE volume is respectable. Wait for the foreign fund to come in.
Like what Bill Wermine said last week in his newsletter - "When all the bad news is out, it is time to buy !"
