KLCI is looking toppish at the current.
Here is a remarks I received.
Dear Investor
Equity market has rallied strongly since the mid-March lows without any meaningful pullback. A correction will happen, but when? We believe that a correction is imminent, reasons being:
- Many investors are currently sitting on profit and are ready to realise it;
- Buying support will fade as current valuation is no longer cheap;
- The unusual absence of a correction will only increase the likelihood of it happening;
- Malaysian market is vulnerable to external market sentiment and has always been a traders market.
When the correction momentum picks up, others will follow suit, putting further downward pressure. The stronger and longer the rally, the sharper the correction. We hope investors will take note of this.
